PAYMENT TERMS / METHODS: Please pay for all goods in advance via PayPal using Big Cartel's online checkout. PayPal lets you pay using your bank account, debit or credit cards (free and securely) whether you have an account with them or not.
DELIVERY: I will endeavour to get your item(s) to you within 7 days if possible. However, please allow the statutory maximum of 30 days for your order to be fulfilled and delivered. For large items delivery will be either by Royal Mail's Recorded (Signed For) service or a similar courier company. The term 'UK' includes the Highlands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. It does not include Channel Islands.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: You have the right to cancel your order anytime from when you place it to 14 days after the date you received the goods, and a full refund (including standard delivery charges) to be paid as soon as possible but at least within 30 days of cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing via the contact form.
RETURNS: In the event of the need to return any goods due to cancellation, customers must take reasonable care of the items being returned and pay for all delivery/postage costs themselves.
